ORA-12805: parallel query server died unexpectedly
We are getting below error frequently on one of our RAC instance. Because of the same error, the applicatin is getting hanged and causing problem.

This was a bug in Oracle RAC. We upgraded the version to Oracle 11.1.0.7
The problem is solved now
