Mapping AppsKey+Up to enable Page up? (Autohotkey script)

I have tried all the following but i can't get it to work.

AppsKey & Up::PgUp

*AppsKey & Up::PgUp

AppsKeyUp::{PgUp}

AppsKey & Up::Send, {PGUP}

Using hotkeys requires the use of send.
