This is used to deal with the time format Twitter gives you.

Try this instead:

DateTimeOffset tweettime = DateTimeOffset.ParseExact(yourInputString,
    "ddd MMM dd HH:mm:ss zzz yyyy", CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);
