"You are not authorized to access this page." on Billing Settings and Billing Profile?
I keep ending up on the "You are not authorized to access this page."-page when i try to access Billing settings and profile.
Tried two different apps on the account which both have billing enabled.
Anyone else with the same problem?

Using incognito mode solved this issue. It's probably related to multiple account signins at Google.
