Error code 120013 when trying to create transport

pj_status_t returns me a 120013 error when I'm trying to set UDP transport with the pjsua_transport_create function

What does that mean?

Android: Add these permissions to your AndroidManifest.xml as a direct child of the manifest.

googled it, the only result says something like

Permission Denied (120013)

Looks like you don't have permission to do something, maybe you are using a non-standard port?
