I changed my database from SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2008 and now I'm having this error message. The site was working perfectly before changing the database

This is zero to do with a database engine migration - it's the code causing the application to appear broken as it can't compile. Look at the error message and surrounding information and there is more than enough information to diagnose and fix this. That is, correcting your usings: App_Web_clientusing System;
is invalid.

Just change the following

to
using System;
