Error in web.config under views folder in mvc3

My web.config under views folder looking like web.config

I don't know why it is looking like this. What happened to it?? Help me to understand. Is there any ways to recover it.

Seems like Resharper (or something/someone) else crapped on it. In order to recover it, it is very simple. You just look in the history of your Version Control System where your code is stored and retrieve the previous version. And if you are not using source control (why oh why wouldn't you use???) then you're outta luck. You could always create a new ASP.NET MVC application and use the default one:
