I tried InkScape & XPS method, but it doesn't give me correct XAML.
Can anyone please convert this SVG to WinRT compatible XAML ?

Using Inkscape 0.91 it's possible to open an SVG file and directly save as XAML.
Select Microsoft XAML file as the file type:
Note that in InkScape 1.3, XAML export was moved to an extension and must be installed separately.

I recommend using SvgToXaml.
A simple and easy tool where you can convert SVG to XAML, and a built-in render/viewer of the SVG file.

I'm not able to comment on the related answer, but I found it even easier to just open the SVG
in Inkscape
, copy and then paste it on Expression Design
. Then select Copy to XAML
(or Ctrl + Shift + C
).
