I'd like to know if it is possible to translate the table below:
into a pivot table like this?
i tried the query below but it is not giving me the right results:

Finally, after a lot of trying, I was able to do what I wanted to do. peterm's suggestion worked. For sharing, below is the dynamic pivot that I will be using:

You have to UNPIVOT
your table first and then PIVOT
it again
