Windows Phone 7.1 Emulator won't launch

I'm using windows 7 OS (64 bits)

I've installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 + SP1 + WP7 SDK 7.1 (Mango)

Everything worked well during the installation but when I launch the emulator (inside VS 2010) it crashes:

I have a windows dialog box saying that the emulator has stopped working:

Any help please ? How can I solve this problem?
