Project Maven can't find my libraries

Well, I have the following structure in my project:

Inside "Maven Dependences" I have a lot of libraries, but inside WEB-INF/lib I don't have anything, and this is correct for me, because another project is configured in the same way and works fine.

This project (in the image) only works if I copy all libraries from "Maven Dependences" to "WEB-INF/lib", why? I think that it should be made by Maven when it's DEPLOYed to .WAR file.

You are looking at the source folder. When running mvn clean install (for instance), maven will copy your jars in the target directory. Have a look at target/yourwar/WEB-INF/lib that is where you should find the jars.
