Error updating android sdk platform for Android 4.4

When i try to update the android 4.4 SDK platform to rev.2. I got Download interrupted: Unexpected HTTP Status 500 as an error and Done. Nothing was installed. message was displayed. I tried again and again but i got the same error.enter image description here

HTTP Error 500
The Web server received a valid request from a client but was unable to process it. HTTP 500 errors occur when the server encounters some general technical glitch such as being low on available memory or disk space. A server administrator must fix this problem. HTTP Errors

Internal Error 500

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

The problem is not on your end, try again in a bit
