Prevent rpm from being uninstalled

I have built an RPM Package that I use for several clients to do some stuff and install things, but I want to know if there is any way that I could prevent users or apps from uninstalling this RPM file?!

A decade late to the party, but you can have a selinux policy that prevents even root users from deleting those rpms. The only thing of importance then, will be, to ensure that selinux is turned on in enforcing mode
