Error while running program made in vb.net

Question

i encountered following error while running my program on another computer. Please help me solve. Installing vb power pack solved some of my problem but still there are these errors on some part

I have installed proper .net framework too

The error seems to no longer appears after removing the shapes (Toolbox Visual Basic PowerPacks 10) from the Forms.

My test device is a Win10 Tab with PowerPacks 10 installed. My software developed with VS2012.

This error most likely happens when you do something like that:

For Each Item in Collection
 Collection.Remove(Item)
Next

Double check your code if you are not adding/deleting stuff while iterating through a collection.
