Use the configuration option pieSliceBorderColor with the value transparent (see documentation here).

  new google.visualization.PieChart(document.getElementById('visualization')).
  draw(data, {
                pieSliceBorderColor : "transparent", // Add this line
                title : "So, how was your day?"
              }
      );
