We have an application using Windows Azure. Currently running SDK version 2.2.
When starting the Azure Compute Emulator role it crashes with the following error :
DiagnosticsAgent.exe - Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in
the application at location 0xfd58940d.

May be worth trying Azure SDK 2.3 (the version released yesterday) to see if this still reproduces. Also check out this blog - http://blogs.msdn.com/b/avkashchauhan/archive/2011/09/12/general-steps-to-investigate-problems-with-windows-azure-diagnostics.aspx
