Error while trying to install nodejs pm2 module

I'm trying to install pm2 module, but I'm facing this error. OS is Ubuntu 14.04 Beta2. Node.js version is 0.10.25, npm - 1.4.7. What am I doing wrong?

As a workaround, removing gyp solved this problem for me:

sudo apt-get remove gyp
