NoSuchFieldError: NULL Spring Error

I have configured a Spring bean in my xml file but when I run my app, I get the following error. Can anyone tell me why?

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'ultra-config' defined in file [C:\src\test\resources\conf\ultra-root.xml]: Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: NULL at org.springframework.beans.factory.support.AbstractAutowireCapableBeanFactory.doCreateBean(AbstractAutowireCapableBeanFactory.java:529)

I think my IDE was in an incorrect state regarding libraries. I deleted my project and re-added it and am now passed the issue.
