How can I connect Mule Studio to Jira to create a jira issue?

I am trying to connect Mule Studio to jira to create an issue,in local jira. When I try to run my application I am getting Configuration Exception.

I just started with Mule,so not able to resolve. Can someone help me fix this !!!

I see two possibilities:

1. You don't have jira connector jar as a library. The error says that the xml parser does not recognize jira:config element, that element is in jira connector xsd, which is in jira connector jar.
2. You don't have jira namespace declared on top of your xml.

You can include the connector in any of these ways:

1. Install it in Studio (I've never tired this approach) and you should have JIRA connector in your pallette and be able to drop it in a flow and configure it.

2. Here you will find the latest release for JIRA connector. Add the jar file as a library in studio as shown here then include JIRA connector namespace in your configuration:
