Export data table to Excel without using DataGrid

Here is my code for Export to Excel.

I don't want to instantiate a datagrid! How to achieve it? How to pass directly, a data table to Excel?

Answer in vb.net or C#.net, both are welcomed.

Please check this code if it works for you. I used this for my project works fine for me
