WPF tracker multiple value

Currently, I have two line series for one plot model. I want to know if it's possible to have a tracker with multiple values like this example:

I answered a question similar to this earlier:

I think you're after custom strings on each point for your tracker. I've explained this in my other answer but you pretty much want to include the Y values of the other series in your tags where your X value is the same.
