MVC error with Database Entities

Hi All I am currently working on a MVC Project I have the following error, it is a multi layer project that I am working on

An exception of type 'System.InvalidOperationException' occurred in EntityFramework.dll but was not handled in user code Additional information: No connection string named 'AssignmentEntities' could be found in the application config file.

Now i have copied the connection string from the common layer to the application layer however I am still getting the error. What do you think is the error ?

This is the app.config code

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<configuration>
  <configSections>

  </configSections>
  <connectionStrings>
    <add name="AssignmentEntities" connectionString="metadata=res://*/Model1.csdl|res://*/Model1.ssdl|res://*/Model1.msl;provider=System.Data.SqlClient;provider connection string="data source=mathis;initial catalog=""Trader'sMarketplace"";integrated security=True;MultipleActiveResultSets=True;App=EntityFramework"" providerName="System.Data.EntityClient" />
  </connectionStrings>
  <entityFramework>
    <defaultConnectionFactory type="System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.LocalDbConnectionFactory, EntityFramework">
      <parameters>

      <provider invariantName="System.Data.SqlClient" type="System.Data.Entity.SqlServer.SqlProviderServices, EntityFramework.SqlServer" />
    </providers>
  </entityFramework>
</configuration>

So I have solved the problem, the problem that I had that there was no connection string within the BL-Services library that I am using For Service References. I have been banging my head for the last couple of days for nothing. Now I can say that it works.

Ensure you have saved changes in Web.config (if you have WebApplication) or App.config (if desktop application).

Error says: No connection string named 'AssignmentEntities' could be found in the application config file

You must modify configuration of a starter project.
