I am cross-compiling qt4.7.4 on my x86 ubuntu 14.04 target to a aarch64 linux board and I succeeded.
However, there is a problem: I cannot find bin/lrelease
and lib/libQtDesigner.so
and so on.
How can I configure this so I can build them?
my configure is like this:

At last, I know why. The configure shell has a comment: don't build tools by default when cross-compiling. So if we are cross-compiling and we want to compile the tools, just add -make tools at the command line.
