Question

I am trying to write spring application, and I have this code, but when run this code using Tomcat 8, This error appeared, I don't know what is the root cause of error, please help

I was facing similar problem. Then I discovered Spring app with Spring MVC has two security context. You need to define configuration for Spring context (as you doing now, by context param) and also for Spring dispatcher servlet. Define it like init-params instead of param.

The problem was an incompatibility between my version of Spring and the JDK. I used Spring 3.2 and JDK 1.8. When I changed to JDK 1.7, everything worked fine.

Your webSecurityConfig.xml is probably not located in WEB-INF folder.

You need to have security configurations in root web application context. Root application context applies to the whole application. You can try with two ways -

Specify contextAttribute for the DelegatingFilterProxyHave as below -

    <param-value>org.springframework.web.servlet.FrameworkServlet.
          CONTEXT.appServlet</param-value>
</init-param> 

OR you load all configuration files in web.xml as below
