Same JPanel object on two different frame invalidates the previous one

Now when the button is clicked another instance of TestForm is being created but instance for the Test1 is contained by all the TestForm. But the TestForm which instantiates new TestForm gets invalidated. As the following:

Now when closing the newly instantiated frame unable to re-instantiate new frame from first one and the previous frame getting blank like this,

There is a parent-child relationship between the containers and their components. You can't use the same component object in two different containers. Think about what Component#getParent should return.

Following up on @ControlAltDel comment:

1. Create a MyPanel class that extends JPanel.
2. Create a Model class that instantiates and maintains your valuable data.
3. Use a constructor in MyPanel which accepts the Model class as a parameter and save it.
4. Initialise your components in the MyPanel. You can wire them with the data from the Model class.
5. Use two different MyPanel objects, but a single Model object.
6. Add this MyPanel objects to your Frames.
