Nav follows scrolling

I'm trying to do an navbar that follows the scroll, and changes active items when I reach another section. I tried to do it with scrollNav but I couldn't make it work. I first imported the script, added a class to the sections, and added h2 as mentionned in the tutorial. It looks something similar to this : https://jsfiddle.net/tjyh3smt/5/

But I don't understand at what point I should link the acctive item of the navbar with the class and how to initialize the plugin with this line :

$('.first-bloc').scrollNav();

Could anyone explain me what I am missing and why it's not working ?

you had two problem: 1) you didn't add jQuery. 2) you didn't add $('.first-bloc').scrollNav(); on document ready event.
