Is 'Data Driven Subscriptions' feature available in Developer Edition?

We have installed 2012 Developer Edition. Is Data Driven Subscriptions feature available in Developer Edition like Enterprise Edition?

Yes. Data Driven Subscription is available in developer edition.

Per Microsoft:
