Intellij IDEA 15 how to open multiple Windows, each window is independent

There are currently two projects. I want to open a separate window for each item.

How to do it?

In IntelliJ, open this menu:

File > Settings... > Appearance & Behavior > System Settings

Then, Project > Open Project in and select Ask or something else.

To easily find that, insert "window" in the search text field and take a look at the options. Here on an old IntelliJ:
