embed issue in html validataion

When i validating my site i got following issue

embed isn't part of the HTML 4.0 or XHTML 1.0 specification (although it is part of HTML5). The object tag is the standardized tag to embed Flash and similar content in a webpage.

<embed> is deprecated, you should use <object> instead.
