How to generate surefire-report.html using eclipse

I want to know how to generate surefire-report.html using eclipse. I created a project and i am able to create reports in text file

Here is a look at my pom.xml

Include this reporting plugin

<reporting>
    <plugins>
        <plugin>
            <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
            <artifactId>maven-surefire-report-plugin</artifactId>
            <version>2.19.1</version>
            <reportSets>
                <reportSet>
                    <reports>
                        <report>report-only</report>
                    </reports>
                </reportSet>
            </reportSets>
        </plugin>
    </plugins>
</reporting>

Execute goal - 

test -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true site
