I'm trying to do Fisherfaces using OpenImaj, but the code bellow results in the following error:

Can you please advice where the problem might be? Should I do something before training the training set of face images? Thank you.

Increasing the number of training images solved the error. However there is another problem:

What is a meaningful value for number of components? Thank you.

The error is almost certainly because you're trying to train with only a single example per class. Increase the number of training samples and try again.
(Technical reason: FisherFaces uses multiclass linear discriminant analysis, which involves computing the covariance matrix for each class; you can't compute this properly with a single sample per class)
