Can not install requirements.txt

When I run the following in my Django application

sudo pip install -r requirements.txt

I get this exception:

I tried to look up the exception but I didn't find very useful information.

I also tried to change the Python version but it didn't have any effect.

alias python=/usr/local/bin/python3.5

Try to use a virtual environment, that way you won't need root permission for installation and your projects could use different versions of python packages.
