Power Query Transpose Table

Need help to achieve the desired output as shown below. I'm using Microsoft Excel 2013 with Power Query. Please help. Thanks!

You can transform desired format in grouped table, which may not be easy.

                  Source, 
                  {"Column1"},

              ),
ExpandTable = Table.ExpandTableColumn(GroupedRows, "All", {"1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6"}, {"1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6"}),
Transpose = Table.PromoteHeaders(Table.Transpose(ExpandTable))

You have to use the pivot function, but first split the column2 in order to get the pivot as the desired output.
