app in not getting installed in wso2 appmanager

I am trying to install the mobile app on my device through the wso2 appmanager, but on clicking its reflecting as installed but the app is not getting installed on my device.Any help will be really appreciated.

if you are not using andy MDM then you need to configure appmanager to download the apk file to your device and the manually install the app in your device.Follow this post[1]
