C# JArray output is not as expected

Hi so I'm working on this JSON but the out put is just not correct basically i need the out put to be like this:

Why is does it contain " in my result i can't have those quotes in there i need it without it how do i do it

You're adding it as a string, not an array of integers as intended.

Try this:

JArray jar = new JArray();
jar.Add(new int[] { 0, 0, 0, ... etc });
