System.ArgumentException: Items collection cannot be modified when the DataSource property is set

Question

I'm new to windows programming, I have created an application to run on 64bit machine. The application has one crystal report as well. The application is perfectly working on my machine, but when I try to install it on some other machine, it throws the below error. I have installed Crystal report runtime 13 on the destination PC in order to make it work, without any success. Below is the error I'm getting in while opening the page.

application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

What can be the reason for this exception?

It is not about Crystal Reports. The problem is in FillList method in MovedItems. The error means that you can't Insert items to ComboBox after you set DataSource property. Try add item to your data source.
