how to connect oracle in excel in windows 7 64 bit

I am trying to connect to Oracle Database with MS Excel 2007 in windows 7 64-bit. The oracle database being present in my manager laptop, and I have database name,username,password and IP address. When I am trying to connect I get below image error.

The error message indicates that the Oracle client is not installed on the local machine. You say the database is on a different machine (server). ODBC cannot access remote software: you need to install the Oracle client software on the PC where you want to use Excel.
