unable to find resources like css files in spring mvc

I have a spring MVC project and I'm trying to link the CSS file with my index.jsp file. I tried different ways to link it but I'm totally lost what's the problem in my scenario. I'm not able to access it in browser as well.

Here is my spring dispatcher servlet xml

I have style.css file in my resources folder and I'm accessing it with this url in brwoser http://localhost:8080/celebsgo/assets/style.css but I get 404

Can you try adding <mvc:default-servlet-handler/> in your spring dispatcher servlet xml and removing the <mvc:resources> tag as follows:
