Flutter app not able to run in IntelliJ

I have installed flutter and dart plugin in IntelliJ as suggested at flutter.io official doc but I am getting the below error.

Could not find an option named "machine".

Run 'flutter -h' (or 'flutter <command> -h') for available flutter commands and options.

I think you should update Flutter. When I run flutter doctor I get
