Surround SCM integrates with Ant, FinalBuilder, Hudson, Jenkins, NAnt, TeamCity, CruiseControl, CruiseControl.NET, and Parabuild. http://www.seapine.com/scmintegrations.html

I have heard of (but not tested) Parabuild (free only in its "team edition"), which supports Surround SCM.
