Appium is not supporting Android 7.1

I am using Appium Version 1.4.16 in Windows 7,

When I try to connect Android with OS 7.1 getting below error,

This is caused by an old bug that has been recently fixed. What you need to do, is to update Appium to the latest version and restart the server.
