You can use a loop for example :

List<javax.swing.JButton> listButton = new ArrayList<>();
for (int i = 1; i < 10; i++) {
    listButton.add(new javax.swing.JButton("Buttton" + i));
}

Or if you want more information about your button, you can use :

for (int i = 1; i < 10; i++) {
    javax.swing.JButton button = new javax.swing.JButton();
    button.setText("Buttton" + i);
    //...other information
    listButton.add(button);
}

Like you can use an array like this :

javax.swing.JButton[] listButton = new javax.swing.JButton[9];
for (int i = 0; i < listButton.length; i++) {
    javax.swing.JButton button = new javax.swing.JButton();
    button.setText("Buttton" + (i+1));
    //...other information
    listButton[i] = button;
}
