Excel, vlookup from two columns

Can somebody explain me why it's not working?

Once I used it and worked.

You can use this formula

=INDEX($C$1:$C$6,MATCH(1,($A$1:$A$6=A11)*($B$1:$B$6=B11),0))

This is an array formula so commit it by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Enter. See image for reference.
