Which dmp file contains which tables

I have 3 tables that I want to import back (by impdp) into my database from the expdp-files-set of last night.

The expdp created 33 dump files.

Is there a way to check which file(s) contains my tables?

I have Oracle 11g on windows environment.

I do not see any reason for doing this, because one of impdp parameters is TABLES parameter where you can specify tables you want to import.

impdp ... TABLES=[schema_name.]table_name[:partition_name] ...
