css accordion right arrow and down arrow not working properly

hai I am tyring use accordion, by default it was showing "V" down arrow on starting if click a tab(On first open) it shows same down arrow, and if i hide the tab it is getting back to normal ">" right arrow and then show and hide works good.

I need the right arrow to be shown on default if i click open arrow should move down, i tried many things and couldnt get the desired result please check out the fiddle

Add class collapsed on your <a> tags. They render first as open because of the missing class
