WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF. To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1. Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging. To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

This is possible an issue with Visual Studio's cache. Every now and then, Visual Studio seems to have trouble with extensions, and clearing the cache tends to fix these issues.
The following information is copied from the Troubleshooting section of the SpecFlow+ FAQ: I'm trying to run my SpecFlow+ Runner tests in Visual Studio test window, but they fail with an assembly load error In some cases the cache folder of Visual Studio Test Adapter gets corrupted. You need to clear the cache to resolve this:
Close all Visual Studio instances Open the folder %TEMP%\VisualStudioTestExplorerExtensions\ Delete all folders named SpecRun
I hope that sorts your issue out. Visual Studio also seems to sometimes add directories without "SpecRun" in the name (e.g. just "2.2.0").
