Django Rest Framework for commercial use

The question is: can I use Django Rest Framework for commercial use? The reason why I'm asking this is because in their website, they talk about "signing up for a paid plan".

IANAL but the license is all that matters:

That said, they are strongly encouraging you sign-up for a plan to support development efforts. That doesn't mean you have to sign-up, but it will help the project. Open-source developers need to eat too.
