You have to implement the following Constructors in your MyView class

public MyView(Context context, AttributeSet attrs) {
    super(context, attrs);
}

public MyView(Context context, AttributeSet attrs, int defStyle) {
    super(context, attrs, defStyle);
}

Your class should look like as below:-

public class MyView extends View {

    public MyView(Context context, AttributeSet attrs) {
        super(context, attrs);
    }

    public MyView(Context context, AttributeSet attrs, int defStyle) {
        super(context, attrs, defStyle);
    }

    public MyView(Context context) {
        super(context);
    }

    @Override
    protected void onDraw(Canvas canvas) {

        super.onDraw(canvas);
        Paint paint = new Paint();
        paint.setColor(Color.WHITE);
        canvas.drawPaint(paint);
        paint.setColor(Color.parseColor("lightGray"));
        canvas.drawCircle(500, 500, 150, paint);
    }

}
