minishift error under windows 8, vm cannot be accessed?

Here is my configurations

Windows 8 virtualbox 5.2.14 minishift-1.20.0-windows-amd64

Here are the messages I got when I tried to start minishift:

It seems the VM is running but for some reasons not accessible. Any ways to fix this? Thanks!

I've ran into the same issues some days ago and managed to solve it by installing the latest version of Win32-OpenSSH.
