Is it possible to display the spoken words on screen with NVDA similar to VoiceOver?

Apple's VoiceOver displays the spoken text in the bottom left corner of the screen as it read it.

Is this an option that can be turned on with NVDA on Windows?

NVDA includes a feature called the Speech Viewer, to display spoken text in a separate window. steps to enable it:

  1. Open NVDA.
  2. Press NVDA + N to open the NVDA menu. the Insert key, but it can be configured to other keys).
  3. Navigate to Tools and then select Speech Viewer.
  4. The Speech Viewer window will appear and display the text that NVDA is currently reading.

We have an option in nvda i.e "speech viewer". But it will show all the speech history also with the current announcing word or sentence as the latest.

Right click >> Tools >> Speech viewer
